Senior Site Manager Required

One of our leading top main contractors are currently looking to recruit an Experienced no. 1 Senior Site Manager to work on a £100 Million Commercial/Medical Project

This is a 'live site' and the Site Managers, will need to oversee the strip out and refurbishment on a standalone basis.

Candidates must be capable of managing all aspects of the production works whilst reporting back to the project manager regularly. Whilst being a dynamic, self-motivated individual that can drive these projects forward.

Candidates would ideally have previous experience of new build projects would be ideal but not essential as other sector experience in new builds will also be considered.

Site Manager Requirements:

Experience of Managing new build projects is ideal but not essential
Relevant CSCS (Gold or Black but not essential)
Up to date SMSTS certificate
Up to date First Aid certificate
Ability to effectively programme site works
Responsible for all health and safety on site
Manage all Quality inspections
Excellent communicator
Drive projects forward
